Terms of Service

Welcome to AI Stamp ID ("we," "our," or "us"). AI Stamp ID is a service owned and operated by CurioFury LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, software, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Use of Services

  • You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your local laws).
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit or use, including uploaded stamp images and related data.

2. Accounts

  • Certain features require account registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription Plans, Usage Limits & Identification Events

These provisions apply to all subscription tiers, including Free Plans, trial plans, promotional plans, and paid subscription plans ("Subscription Plans").

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a plan description, each Identification Request is limited to a single (1) individual stamp per submitted image.

If a user submits an image containing multiple stamps—including but not limited to album pages, stock pages, partial sheets, full sheets, collections, or composite images—each individual stamp contained within that image shall constitute a separate Identification Request ("Identification Event") for purposes of usage limits, billing, and plan enforcement.

AI Stamp ID reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the number of Identification Events represented within any submitted image.

An "Identification Request" or "Identification Event" means any stamp analyzed, identified, graded, measured, watermark-processed, catalog-matched, or otherwise processed by the Services. Each stamp processed counts toward applicable plan limits regardless of whether results are viewed, successful, deleted, or resubmitted.

AI Stamp ID reserves the right to monitor usage and enforce limits. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits; automated or scripted submissions; use of VPNs or proxy tools to evade detection; account sharing beyond authorized users; or commercial/bulk use inconsistent with the subscribed plan.

We may modify subscription structures, pricing, features, and usage limits at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

4. Payments

  • Paid subscriptions are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of all images, data, and other content ("User Content") you upload.

By uploading User Content, you grant AI Stamp ID (Curiofury LLC) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, modify, display, and use such content for operating, maintaining, improving, and developing the Services, including training AI models.

AI-generated outputs (including annotations, metadata, classifications, and analytical results) are owned by AI Stamp ID. Your original uploaded images remain your property.

AI Stamp ID may aggregate and de-identify data for statistical, analytical, or training purposes.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Upload personal data without consent.
  • Use malware, phishing, scraping, or attempt to evade rate limits.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt model extraction.

7. Accuracy of Results & User Responsibility

The Services utilize artificial intelligence and machine-learning systems. All identification results, grading assessments, measurements, watermark determinations, catalog references, pricing comparisons, and related outputs are provided on a best-effort basis only.

Results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, current, or error-free. AI Stamp ID does not guarantee authenticity, condition, grade, market value, legality of sale, or investment suitability.

Users are solely responsible for independently reviewing, verifying, and validating all results before relying on them for financial, commercial, or legal decisions.

You acknowledge and agree that you assume all risk arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs, and AI Stamp ID shall not be liable for misidentification, errors, omissions, or financial losses.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AI Stamp ID's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the active subscription month in which the claim arose.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Stamp ID, Curiofury LLC, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Oregon law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the AAA in Yamhill County, Oregon, unless brought in eligible small claims court.
